- AI model API usage costs that have already been incurred
- Personal preference or change of mind
- Misunderstanding of service capabilities
- Changes in service pricing or subscription rates
- Defects or limitations in features marked as beta or experimental

4. AI API Usage
Please note that Veo 4 utilizes AI model APIs which incur real costs. These costs are non-refundable once the service has been used, regardless of the outcome or user satisfaction.
