- Major software functionality defects (except temporary upgrade process) that prevent the delivery of services explicitly promised in our Terms of Use and Pricing pages
- Extended server outages that significantly impact service availability
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Features or functionalities not explicitly stated in our service descriptions
- AI model API usage costs that have already been incurred
- Personal preference or change of mind
- Misunderstanding of service capabilities
- Changes in service pricing or subscription rates
- Confusion between annual and monthly billing plans (e.g., purchasing an annual plan when a monthly plan was intended, or vice versa)
- Defects or limitations in features marked as beta or experimental
- Incorrect purchase of annual vs. monthly subscription plans, as billing cycles and pricing are clearly displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase
3. Refund Process

4. AI API Usage
Please note that Veo 4 utilizes AI model APIs which incur real costs. These costs are non-refundable once the service has been used, regardless of the outcome or user satisfaction.
